We offer a good practice support service, assisting your organisation to gain the Volunteer Management Charter and/or Investing in Volunteers and kitemarks.

The Volunteer Centre Sutton has a Good Practice Team funded by City Bridges Trust and Big, which works with Community and Voluntary groups to implement high standards of Volunteer Management. We also work in partnership with Sutton Centre for the Voluntary Sector to offer good practice advice and support as widely as possible. We believe that the better the management of volunteers the more likely they are to stay and the more effective their contribution to an organisation will be.
